It explores the journey we take in ourselves: the break and return into harmony.
We explore what occurs when a feeling of unity is met with the unpredictable elements of duality. As unity breaks into fragments, the compensating dynamics arise between couples and drive one further into seclusion to find solitude within. The dynamic between female and masculine energies and the fractioning of separation can bring up qualities of jealousy, resentment, love and longing. All of these are a dance in an earnest balancing act within perfection that never really ceases. |

The meaning of this piece is creating unity, connection and peace in the world through joining together into a human network of loving intentions. The meaning of mandala comes from Sanskrit meaning "circle." Mandalas offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The goal of the mandala is to serve as a tool on our spiritual journey as it symbolizes cosmic and psychic order. Mandala is also a form of meditation for the purpose of gaining knowledge, primarily the kindthat resides within each of us. According to Buddhist scripture, mandalas transmit positive energies to the environment and to the people who view them. Human bodies coming together in a dance to form mandala-like shapes through body movement, breathing and connection will create positive energy vortex in the space to nourish both the dancers and the audience with good vibes of love, joy and peace and to invoke full alignment with divine order.
